Cancellation Policy

At Willow Medical Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every patient. To ensure appointment availability and the best possible experience for all of our patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note that our clinic is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Therefore, any appointment scheduled for Tuesday that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled must be communicated to our office no later than Saturday before closing time.

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or are missed without prior notice may be subject to the following cancellation fees:

Dermal Fillers, Sclerotherapy, Votiva, Microneedling, Venus Viva, and Morpheus8   $195

Plasmapen Treatments                                                                                       $250

Cancellation fees help offset the time reserved specifically for your appointment and allow us to continue providing timely care to all patients.
