Skin Rejuvenation Injections

Mesotherapy

A minimally invasive technique that infuses vitamins, minerals, and amino acids into the skin to rejuvenate, tighten, and remove excess fat.

Why Choose Mesotherapy?

Our MesoFacial is an advanced treatment that combines mesotherapy compounds, cosmetic microneedling, and a medical-grade facial to deeply nourish and rejuvenate the skin.

This protocol gently exfoliates while cosmetic microneedling enhances the absorption of a targeted mesotherapy solution rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, growth factors, peptides, antioxidants, and trace elements. Together, these ingredients create an optimal environment for skin rejuvenation, helping to improve tone, texture, firmness, and overall radiance.

What Is Mesotherapy? / How Does Mesotherapy Work?

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive treatment that uses cosmetic microneedling to deliver customised formulations into the mesodermal layer of the skin.

Depending on the treatment plan, these formulations may include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, peptides, antioxidants, growth factors, and trace elements.

Unlike deeper treatments such as RF microneedling, mesotherapy works at a more superficial level and is focused on nourishing and supporting the skin from within.

Mesotherapy solutions may help stimulate fibroblasts in the skin to support collagen production, which can improve skin hydration, firmness, and overall quality.

A typical mesotherapy blend may contain multiple ingredients designed to nourish, repair, and support the skin. Numbing cream may be applied before treatment to help minimise discomfort.

Mesotherapy is a more superficial treatment and is not intended to replace more intensive resurfacing procedures. It may be useful as a supportive treatment between more aggressive treatments or as an early intervention for positive ageing and skin maintenance.

Some mesotherapy formulations include ingredients that may help reduce unwanted pigmentation by supporting melanocyte regulation. This may be an option for certain types of sunspots and melasma.

Mesotherapy may also be used to support the fading of acne marks and superficial scarring over time. Hyaluronic acid in the formulation helps support volume in the skin, while antioxidants and amino acids may have an anti-inflammatory effect that supports healing.

Mesotherapy may also be used to support hair growth, aiding hair production from the follicles. By improving circulation and delivering nutrients into the scalp, the hair follicle may be encouraged to produce stronger, denser hair.

Mesotherapy FAQ

Treatment time is approximately 30 minutes. The procedure is generally not painful, though it can feel mildly uncomfortable. A numbing cream can be applied if needed.

Downtime is minimal. Some bruising or swelling may occur, but it is usually short-lived and typically settles within 24 hours. Side effects are generally limited and can often be covered with mineral makeup.

Larger bruising is possible but uncommon.

Some mild swelling may occur around the chin, jowl, or under-eye area. For treatments in the chin and jowl area, we suggest scheduling on a Friday with a return to work the following Monday.

Scalp treatments are usually well tolerated and do not typically affect your normal routine.

A course of 6–8 sessions is typically recommended, spaced every 2–4 weeks. Maintenance treatments 1–4 times per year may be suggested for ongoing skin rejuvenation. Other concerns or protocols may require a different schedule.

Multiple sessions are typically required, and mesotherapy is generally an ongoing treatment with follow-up maintenance.

A consultation is recommended to determine whether mesotherapy is appropriate for your skin concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.

Mesotherapy should be performed by a trained and qualified provider using appropriate medical-grade formulations.

The Power of Combination Treatments

Mesotherapy may be used as a supportive treatment between more intensive procedures or combined with other treatments depending on your skin concerns and treatment plan.

Combination treatment recommendations should be based on your skin needs, treatment goals, and provider assessment.
